ADA launches the second phase of its initiative to ‎promote public transport culture

‏

The High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh has recently launched the second phase of its awareness campaign as part of the King Abdul Aziz Project for Public ‎Transport in Riyadh (Metro and Buses).

The initiative is aimed at spreading awareness among the school and university students about the public transport project, and the benefits it offers to the city and its residents in all aspects of life including traffic, environment, and economy.

Specifically, the initiative’s second phase seeks to educate the Riyadh metropolitan community about the benefits of public transport services compared to private vehicles.

It is noteworthy that the first phase of the initiative targeted the students of King Saud University and Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, where 150 students joined as program ambassadors, and other 350 students were trained to provide media and logistics support to the campaign.
